How to Start a Sidekick Voice Conversation

Shopify built the feature into the existing Sidekick panel:

  1. Tap the Sidekick button in the bottom navigation bar.

  3. Press the voice button to begin a conversation.
  4. Use the floating voice controls to mute, unmute, or end the call while navigating.

No additional setup is required, the feature is available wherever Sidekick is enabled.
