Shopify Markets is Shopify\u2019s built-in solution for cross-border selling. It lets you create custom market segments (like Canada, EU, or Rest of World), adjust prices, offer local languages, and-most importantly-use local currencies.<\/p>\n
The result? Customers shop in a currency they recognize, and you maintain control over pricing strategy.<\/p>\n
You must be using Shopify Payments to enable multi-currency. Third-party gateways don\u2019t support this feature.<\/p>\n
If your store uses Shopify Payments, you can offer local currencies in every country Shopify supports. Without it, you\u2019re stuck with one store currency across the board.<\/p>\n
From your Shopify admin, click Settings in the bottom-left corner. Then click Markets. You\u2019ll see a list of markets Shopify automatically sets up-like your primary market, International, and others.<\/p>\n
