Log into your Shopify account using your user credentials.<\/p>\n
Before you complete this task, you have to be sure that your customer has activated an account on your Shopify store. If they haven\u2019t, then you cannot deactivate the account. If the customer has not made an order yet, then you can just delete them from your records instead.<\/p>\n
If you know that they\u2019ve created an account, then you can access your \u2018Customers\u2019 section by finding the option on the left-hand menu as you\u2019ve logged into your account on Shopify. Once you\u2019ve found the option, click on it.<\/p>\n
