For the selected customers and current search, you must have already performed these actions on your website before selecting ‘Export’.
Step 5: Choose Format
Now you can choose a format for which the export will be done. There are different options. You can choose CSV for Excel, Numbers and other spreadsheet programs. This is a great option if you’re going to be using a spreadsheet to read and edit the data. You can also choose Plain CSV if you’re going to use a plain-text editor to open the data.

Step 6: Confirm
After you’ve selected the details of the export, click on the ‘Export Customers’ to confirm that you would like this task to complete. Then you will receive a download onto your computers download file with the export.
