By agreement across the storefronts running it, not by one store's word. We group every scan that reports ID 732 and take the name most of them give, and the ID is only published here once enough separate stores agree. A few renamed copies get outvoted instead of counted, and readings where our detector could not name the theme are dropped before the vote rather than treated as a name.
